The enterprise was put in service in 2021 in presence of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
"Azersun Shamakhi Agropark" with total area of 4.200 ha with annual production capacity of 90 000 tons employs 160 people on permanent basis. This number reaches 360 people during the season.
The company produces sugar beet, corn, potatoes, cucumbers, clover, barley, wheat, fodder and silage corn, soy beans and cotton. As well the cattle breeding complexes with total 4300 cattle functions within the enterprise.
