"Shamakhi Dairy Farm" was commissioned in 2013 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The enterprise, built by "Azersun Holding" on an area of 10 ha in the Kurdamir region, is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.

The farm’s production capacity allows the qualitative processing of 250 TPD of milk. The enterprise’s annual output is 90,000 tons, the actual annual milk processing capacity is 20,000 tons.

The Dairy Farm manufactures various quality dairy products on hands-free technology from quality milk purchased from livestock complexes equipped according to the latest standards.

The farm manufactures UHT milk with various fat content, cream, sour cream, various cottage cheese, yogurt and cheese species, condensed milk, traditional butter, ayran, and kefir under the "AzerSud", "Yurdum", "Kulinarka", "Luga", "Zolushka", "Bizim Ashpaz", "Sun", "Bizim Sud", and "Gulum" trademarks.

The farm is equipped with state-of-the-art German, Italian, and Swedish equipment from the world's leading process equipment manufacturers in the dairy industry. Of course, this allows the enterprise to compete in quality with the world's leading dairy producers.

 The quality of products manufactured by the enterprise is supported by various domestic and foreign awards and diplomas and winning many exhibitions and competitions.
